How to buy Jessica Kingsley Publishers and Singing Dragon publications

You can buy any book on our website by visiting the page describing it and putting it in the shopping trolley attached to the page. You can then send your order to us through our secure server, or print off the page and fax or post it to us.

Alternatively, you can contact us direct by phone or fax to place your order.

Ordering from an institution with a purchase order

If you are ordering from an institution and would like to be invoiced, we require the order on headed paper with your organisation's details and a purchase order if possible. You may like to add items to your cart through the website, print off your order, and fax it to us with a cover sheet on your letterhead and a purchase order.

Postage charges

For invoice addresses in the UK, Europe and anywhere not covered below:

Delivery to the UK: £2.75 for first book, 0.50p for each additional book, to maximum of £10.00.
Delivery to Europe: £3.00 per book up to 5 books. £2.00 per book thereafter.
Delivery to the rest of the world: £5.00 per book up to 5 books. £4.00 per book thereafter.

For invoice addresses in the USA

Delivery to the USA: $5.00 for first book, $1.00 for each additional book.
Delivery to the rest of the world: 10% of the value of the invoice, $10.00 minimum.

For invoice addresses in Australia, New Zealand and Canada

Your order will be passed to our local distributor and you will be invoiced in local currency, with appropriate postal charges added.

Delivery times

You should allow up to 28 days for delivery. We aim to deliver books within the following time scales:

Invoice addresses in the UK, Europe and anywhere not covered below, for delivery to the UK: 10 - 14 days.
Invoice addresses in the UK, Europe and anywhere not covered below, for delivery to Europe: up to 21 days.
Invoice addresses in the USA, for delivery in the USA: 10 - 14 days.
All other destinations may take longer.
Occasionally, our books are out of stock while we reprint. This will delay delivery of your order.
