Kate Noelle Downey

Martha Kate Downey has taught children with special needs for thirty years. She educated her daughter, Kate, at home for eighteen years and currently runs classes in social skills, special education, decision-making skills and parenting. In addition, Martha's many years of experience as a social worker revealed to her a need to help children and adults with special needs towards a greater understanding of the social system of the outside world.
