Frances Owen

Frances Owen, PhD is Associate Professor in the Department of Child and Youth Studies and the Centre for Applied Disability Studies, Brock University, Ontario, Canada. She co-directs the International Dual Diagnosis Certificate Program in Habilitative Mental Health. She has co-authored five books in the areas of organizational behaviour and management as well as several articles related to abuse prevention and human rights of people with intellectual disabilities.
