Alan Worthington is a Director of the Peper Harow Foundation. He is an experienced teacher, practitioner and manager and, over his career, has worked across the boundaries of education, social care and mental health, both in the UK and abroad. From 1985 - 1994 he was the first Director of Thornby Hall, a therapeutic community and special school for children and adolescents in Northamptonshire.
