He is Head Music Therapist at the Harper House Children's Service, Hertfordshire, UK, Research Advisor to Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Trust, Prinicipal Research Fellow in the Faculty of Music, Melbourne University, and Reader in Music Therapy at Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge.
