Today is World Social Work Day and a perfect opportunity for us to join you in celebrating the important and challenging work that social workers do every day to make a difference!
This annual event, organised by the International Federation of Social Workers (IFSW), focuses on social work contributions to society and is part of an on-going dialogue about how to address challenging social conditions worldwide. The theme for World Social Work Day 2011 is “Social Work voices responding to global crisises”.
