CURRENCY- All products purchased through the JKP Footprint Web Site will be charged through the online Credit Card transaction in Australian dollars and includes GST. If you do not wish to use your credit card through the web site and would prefer to speak to our customer service by telephone please ring 1300 260 090
PRICES- Prices charged are those that are valid at the time of invoice. Prices may fluctuate at any time and quotations and prices on this web site can only be considered an indication of price.
DISCOUNT- Discounts and Special Offers may be offered on the web site, however these offers are of limited duration and once they have expired they cannot be redeemed, If you are unsure of when an offer expires then please call Customer Service Department on 1300 290 090.
PAYMENT- Credit Cards will be charged at the time of ordering through the National Australia Bank Online Portal.
TITLE- All products supplied by Footprint Books Pty Ltd are covered by copyright rules and cannot be copied or reproduced in any way without written permission from Footprint Books or the original publisher.
DELIVERY- Free of charge throughout Australia and New Zealand. On customers request goods can be sent by express dispatch (or airmail to New Zealand) at a nominal additional charge. Titles, which are temporarily Out-of-Stock in Australia and are shown with an approximate delivery date cannot be guaranteed to arrive on that date and while every effort will be made to meet the customers requirement we will not accept any responsibility or claims for loss due to late delivery. We require a signature on delivery for all our shipments and our couriers will not leave parcels at unattended premises
Returns/Claims – If a title is received faulty, misbound or damaged then it can be returned to us for replacement or refund. You should contact our Customer Service department who will give you instructions on how this can be done and provide you with a returns authorisation number. Claims for faulty items must be submitted within 14 days of receipt. Should you wish to return an item that was found to be unsuitable you should contact us within 14 days of receipt to obtain a return authorisation number. A refund will then be given if the item is received in our warehouse in good condition, items must be packed well to avoid damage in transit. No refunds will be processed for items returned to us without prior consent.
CLAIMS- Claims for shortage of supply or misbound/damaged titles must be submitted within 14 days of the invoice date. Any claim should be directed to our Customer Service Department who will issue instructions on returning the faulty goods as per RETURNS above.
